Bloom Trail High School To Host Virtual 5K Run
The virtual run will take place anytime between April 17 and April 30. Funds collected will support the Bloom Trail Parent Co-Op Scholarship
CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL — Bloom Trail High School is hosting a Virtual 5K Run and is inviting the public to get involved. The run comes in an effort to support the Bloom Trail Parent Co-Op Scholarship Fund.
The public is invited to run, walk, bike or stroll for 3.1 miles anytime between April 17-30. Any form of participation can take place at any location, like trails, town, or even on a treadmill.
Packet Pick Up for the race will take place April 17 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and April 18 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Bloom Trail Parking lot, just outside the main entrance (Cottage Grove side of the building).

Bloom says you can pick up your race packets and then head out for some exercise, snap a photo of yourself in your race bib and T-shirt, Tweet @PrincipalKeene stating your name and inserting a photo with the hashtag- #BlazingATrail when you’re done.
The cost to participate in the event includes a T-shirt. To get involved, the price is listed at $20 a person, age 10 or older, or $50 for a family of three or more.
