Honoring Black Leaders Virtual Event

Six honorees will be honored by University Park Mayor Joseph E. Roudez 111 with community service awards

University Park Mayor Joseph E. Roudez III will give six honorees community service awards for their contributions to the African American Community.

Honorees include:

University Park Village Clerk Dorothy “Dee” Jones

Rev. Jesse Jackson, Sr., Founder of Rainbow/PUSH

Dr. Cheryl Green, President of Governor’s State University

Pastor Moses B. Herring Sr., Faith Movers Church

Pastor Reginald Williams Jr., First Baptist Church

Rev. Shawn Aldridge, Pastor and Founder of Beyond the Veil Ministries

The virtual event will be held on Thursday, February 25th at 6:30 pm
