Park Forest Stabbing Suspect Found In Chicago
A Chicago Heights man faces an attempted first degree murder charge from the stabbing of a woman last month in Park Forest.

PARK FOREST, IL — The suspect in a domestic-related stabbing in Park Forest last month has been found and charged, police in the suburb said. Curtis E. Danzy of Chicago was charged with first degree murder and aggravated domestic battery after he was found through a nationwide extraditable warrant on April 10 in Chicago, according to police.
Police said Danzy stabbed a 45-year-old Park Forest woman, inside her car in the 23000 block of South Western Avenue around 6 p.m. on March 24. Danzy is the estranged husband of the victim, police said.
The woman was rushed to Franciscan St. James Health Olympia Fields and then airlifted to the University of Chicago's trauma center due to the extend of her injuries, police said. Her current condition is not known.
