Pet Of The Week At South Suburban Humane Society: Simbole

CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL — For those looking to adopt a pet, a great place to look for your new family member is at the South Suburban Humane Society. This week's 'Adoptable Pet' is Simbole, who is available for adoption at the humane society.

The society said Simbole is a 3 1/2 year old catahoula mix looking for an active family with a big yard. She does well with children and other dogs her size. She loves going for walks with volunteers at the society's Homewood adoption center and hasn’t met a person that hasn’t become her best friend.

The South Suburban Humane Society is at 1103 West End Ave. in Chicago Heights. The society is open from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, from 1-7 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and it is closed on Tuesdays.
