Speed School District Hosts Family Health Care Event
Families in the Southland are invited to Speed School District 802's Family Health Care event, which will take place Saturday, April 27, from noon to 4 p.m. The event will feature vendors, speakers and more, and is free to attend.
Speed School District 802, which serves 15 Southland school districts, is hosting its first ever Family Health Care event Saturday, April 27. The event, which will feature various vendors and speakers will take place at the school, located at 1125 Division Street, Chicago Heights, and is free to attend.
During the event, which takes place from noon to 4 p.m., families will have an opportunity to meet and speak with representatives from the Epilepsy Foundation, Catholic Charities, Aunt Martha's and more. Children at the event will also be able to view the inside of an ambulance, thanks to Bud's Ambulance.
Office Max will also be on hand to help show families the best ways to organize their child(ren)'s medical health records.
