Summer Kickoff Event In Chicago Heights

The event aims to gather residents to chat and learn more about current and future things that will be happening in Chicago Heights.

CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL — Looking to kickoff summer 2021 in a sweet, delicious way? Chicago Heights may be the place to stop for some seasonal fun.

On June 21, Chicago Heights residents are invited to grab a treat and learn more about upcoming events in the community. The Exodus Projects, in partnership with 3rd Ward Alderman Wanda Rodgers, are hosting the "summer kickoff" event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The event will take place at 213 East Lincoln Highway, in the parking lot of East Center Ave., just North of Lincoln Highway in Chicago Heights. Those who attend will be able to grab a treat, such as hot dogs, chips or ice cream.
