What was once a Great American Bagel location across the street from Marian Catholic High School, now sits as a vacant business front. The store, which closed several years ago, has not had a business in it since it closed.

With an ample parking lot, built in consumer base of high school students and neighborhood customers just across the street, the location could be the perfect location for a thriving eatery or store.
