New Senior Housing Complex OK'd for Crystal Lake
The senior housing complex will be built at 355 Station Drive.
CRYSTAL LAKE, IL – A new senior housing complex will be coming to Crystal Lake. DKI, a development company out of Chicago, has received city approval to construct the 60-unit building at 355 Station Drive. The senior housing complex, that is meant to be affordable, will include a theater room, community area, café, library, game room, fitness room and individual storage areas.
The apartment units are a mixture of one and two-bedroom units all with their own kitchens.
Construction is expected to get underway in early spring, city officials said.
