I served my country, raised a nice family, was never convicted of a crime, worked until retirement and for years served Darien in many vital positions as a volunteer, to my best ability.
I will be a forceful voice in presenting your needs and concerns to the City Council for the 5th Ward and the betterment of the City of Darien.

Please vote for your better future and me for 5th Ward Alderman April 6th.
This is what I stand for as a responsible citizen of Darien.
We in Darien’s 5thWard have strived hard to achieve what we have now. Your home ownership in Darien did not come cheap and is getting harder to live here every year. I want to stop the depleting of our money, protect that is what is ours in the 5th Ward and in Darien, and have a renewal of that spirt that made Darien a “Nice Place To Live”.
In the last two years Darien has been losing its most precious resource; those family’s that had to leave and those family’s that want to live, rise their loved ones, be safe and prosper in Darien, but cannot because of this - High City taxes, police brutality, non-responsive City government, a lot, a lot of extra costs for City fees, permits, city applications, and possible red light cameras
Now the City has hired a new city code inspector to grind out those pennies we have left.
And this is what we the citizens of Darien have to show for it: a drab looking city with ugly buildings, police pension benefits paid years ahead of the mandatory state process. Liquor stores, video game parlors and now a possible pot shop with its influx of nonresidents flooding Darien and influencing our children, this is just bad governing for Darien; always looking for new way to increase revenue without having any consideration for the citizens of the 5 th ward. .
When I am elected Alderman I will bring a forceful voice to this City Administration to be like the normal residents of Darien and pay bills when they are due, not years ahead to please the Darien police department pension benefits
Also I will bring to the City Council that the money being spent for the marketing of Darien should be spent on specialized companies dedicated to going over gov. and private contracts for Darien, finding and returning the money due to the 5 th Ward and Darien residents, rather than hire advertising companies to gloss over problems in Darien.
My election is the start for me to be able to find, support and bring forward men and women, no matter who they are, that have new ideas to enhance our quality of life.
WE HAVE TO START HERE!
