Darien 4th Of July Parade: What To Know Before You Go

DARIEN, IL - The Fourth of July Parade in Darien will step-off at 9:30 a.m. on the holiday. The Darien Lions Club will present the parade, which should wrap up around noon. Here's a look at what to know as you prepare for the big day.

Via the Darien Lions Club

  • The parade participants will lineup in the Jewel parking lot at 75th and Cass Ave.
  • Spectators line the sides of the streets on the city/public easement.

- Please be respectful of a resident's property frontage. - Portable seating and/or a refreshment is recommended.

  • The parade will proceed north on Cass Avenue to 71st Street.
  • At 71st Street the parade will head east until Clarendon Hills Road
  • At Clarendon Hills Road the parade will go south toward the end point at Hinsdale South High School.

Several streets will be closed as a result of the parade. Be prepared for longer traffic times throughout the morning in the area.
