Darien Police Join Safe Driver Enforcement Campaign

During the Labor Day weekend, the is joining many police departments throughout the state who are going to be continuing their efforts in being vigilant against intoxicated drivers and distracted drivers. 

Specific offenses that officers will be looking for are drivers who are texting while driving, drivers who are driving under the influence and seat belt violations.  

Police are telling drivers who witness any of these offenses to call 9-1-1 in order to help keep our streets safe for everyone this holiday weekend.
