Did you know pollinators pollinate more than 85% of the world's plants, and since the 1970's, the pollinators have declined by more than 45% worldwide?! That's why us Rotarians have taken on another project! It's called Operation Pollination!
Tonight at the Darien Garden Club - IL monthly membership meeting we were able to provide members and guests Milkweed seeds along with an informational sheet we put together.
We are teaming up with other local organizations to help us increase the number of pollinator friendly plants in our area. Milkweed plants can bring more Monarchs to our area to increase pollination. Let's do our part and plant pollinator friendly plants in our yards.
