Darien Woman Accused of DUI At Police Station: Cops
She was arrested after a police officer drove her home, report says.
DARIEN, IL — A Darien woman was arrested Friday after she was seen driving drunk at the local police station, according to a police report.
Darien police first came into contact with Faith Stika, 22, at 1:45 a.m., the report said. She was a passenger in a car driven by Christian Craig, 22, of Chicago, who was charged with driving with a suspended license, illegal transport of liquor and speeding 60 mph in a 40 mph zone in the 8800 block of Lemont Road, police said.
Stika appeared intoxicated, so an officer gave her a ride home, police said. When the officer returned to the police department, he saw Stika drive into the station as well and park in a space designated for squad cars, according to the report.

Stika told the officer she was trying to pick up Craig and that she could not leave him at the police station, police said. She confirmed she had been drinking from the open bottle of Hennessy that was found in Craig's car earlier, the report said.
Stika was then arrested on a charge of DUI, police said. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
