Dispute Over Golf Etiquette Brings Darien Police

DARIEN, IL — A Lemont resident became physical with another golfer in a dispute over golf etiquette last week, according to a Darien police report.

Ned Tarazi, 65, of Lemont, was issued a local ordinance citation charging disorderly conduct after the incident, police said. The dispute happened about 7 p.m. June 2 at the Carriage Greens Country Club golf course, the report said.

Tarazi was given a court date of July 29 to appear in DuPage County Court.
