Window Busted, Purse Stolen
Someone shattered the driver's side window of a locked Chevrolet Trailblazer and took a purse from the back seat floor on the 7500 block of Lemont Road. The incident occurred sometime between 10:45 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. The total loss was $1,095.
DUI, Speeding
Kevin Kallenback, 25 of the 15000 block of Wingate, Homer Glen, was arrested on the 7100 block of Cass Avenue at 4:30 a.m. He was charged with driving under the influence, operating uninsured motor vehicle, speeding and improper lane usage. Kallenback was processed and released with a May 21 court date in Wheaton.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 10
TV Theft
A Sanyo 42-inch television was taken from a store on the 2100 block of 75th Street. The total loss was $248. There was no offender information at the time of this report.
