See Darien's Outdoor Dining Options

DARIEN, IL — Darien has options for outdoor dining, which the governor is allowing beginning Friday. This list comes from the Darien Chamber of Commerce, which says it will provide Patch updates as more restaurants respond to its call for information. Here is the status of local restaurants:

• Burrito Paradise, 7516 S. Cass Ave. — Outdoor seating available.
• Carrabba’s Italian Grill, 1001 75th St.: Outdoor seating available. 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Call 630-427-0900.
• Carriage Greens Country Club, 8700 Carriage Green Dr. — Reservations are required. Call 630-985-3400, ext. 1. The new patio, called The Ivy at Carriage Greens, will be open this Friday. It seats about 60. It features a full menu and drinks. Live entertainment is set for every Friday and Saturday. Live entertainment may be expanded to other nights based upon demand.
• Chuck’s Café, 8025 S. Cass Ave. — Taking reservations for the patio this weekend. Call 331-431-4000, ext.3.
• Culver's, 541 Plainfield Road — The patio will be open. The restaurant also plans to allow people to enter the building for carryout orders. They can order but must wait in their car after they pay.
• Dell Rhea’s Chicken Basket, 645 Joliet Rd., Willowbrook: Outdoor seating available. Call 630-325-0780.
• Grand Duke's Restaurant (Eastern European cuisine), 980 75th St.: Outdoor seating available. Call 708-594-5622.
• Home Run Inn, 7521 Lemont Road — Will not have outdoor seating the first weekend; however, it is in the process of perhaps adding it in the near future. Home Run Inn says it will keep the public posted.
• Rosati's Pizza, 8137 Cass Ave. — Has a few tables outside.
• Q Bar & Grill, 8109 S. Cass Ave. — Opens at 4 p.m. Friday.
• TGI Fridays, 2201 75th St. — Will not be ready until the middle of the next week for outdoor seating, probably Tuesday or Wednesday.
• Zazzos, 7360 S. Rt. 83 in Darien and 200 W. Ogden Ave in Westmont — Outdoor seating available.
