City Crews will be performing water valve repair in the 2 north bound middle lanes of South Franklin Street beginning Wednesday, December 18, 2019. This work will cause the closure of the 2 north bound middle lanes of South Franklin Street at the intersection of Decatur Street and South Franklin Street starting at 9:00 a.m., and will continue to approximately 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 24, 2019.
