The lane closure below has been revised as follows:

Tele Scan Inc. will be performing cleaning and inspection of storm sewer on East Wood Street, beginning Tuesday, October 22, 2019, weather permitting. This work will cause the TOTAL closure of East Wood Street at 16th Street, starting at 8:00 a.m., and will continue to approximately 3:00 p.m., Tuesday October 22, 2019. Detour route will be as follows: Eastbound Wood Street will use 16th Street to Clay Street to Wood Street and Westbound Wood Street will use 16th Street to East Main Street to East Ave to Wood Street. Motorists should slow down, use extreme caution and are encouraged to seek an alternate route around the work zone. For further details, please contact Rick Baker at 217-875-4820.

This work will cause the closure of the East bound lanes of the 1400 and 1500 blocks of East Wood Street, starting at 8:00 a.m., Tuesday October 22, 2019, and will continue to approximately 3:00 p.m., Wednesday October 23, 2019. Detour route will be as follows: Eastbound Wood Street to Stone to Clay to 16th Street to Eastbound on Wood Street.
