Apartment Complex in Deerfield Sells for Millions
Woodview Apartments near I-94 was purchased by LaSalle Investment Management for the highest price-per-unit this year in suburbia.
DEERFIELD, IL - An apartment complex in Deerfield recently sold for $81.8 million, making it the highest per-unit price this year for an apartment property in the Chicago suburbs.
LaSalle Investment Management paid the sum for the newly built Woodview Apartments, according to a Crain’s Chicago report. The 248-unit development is located on the southwest corner of Deerfield Road and Interstate 94.
LaSalle, who has focused most of its properties in downtown Chicago, bought Woodview from a joint venture of Conor Commercial Real Estate and Ravine Park Partners.
