Apartment Units at Woodview Deerfield Leasing Fast

A newly constructed luxury apartment development in Deerfield has leased more than 100 units in only 90 days since it opened.

Woodview Deerfield, which broke ground at 15 Parkway North in 2013, is bringing activity back to an area which had not been developed for more than a decade.

“We realized there was demand for new, multi-family spaces in the region,” said Greg Moyer of Ravine Park Partners, who noted the drop in homeownership from 70 to 63 percent over the last ten years.

“We designed the property with both the empty nester and millennials in mind,” Moyer said. “We noticed nothing had been built with an urban flair in the suburbs, and this is it.”

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that spaces are filling up quickly at Woodview Deerfield. With an increase in the number of young individuals opting to live near work, it’s definitely a plus that Woodview is within two miles of more than 17,000 jobs, including ones with successful corporations like Baxter International and Walgreen’s.

And with convenience comes luxury. Woodview boasts a state-of-the art lounge and business center, entertainment lounge, bicycle storage area, two stories of fitness with a yoga room, three resort-style fire pits and an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. complete with Cabanas.
