Boston Marathon 2018: Deerfield, Bannockburn Runners Results

Four Deerfield and Bannockburn residents braved brutal conditions to complete Monday's wet and windy Boston Marathon. The top local finisher was 21-year-old Aaron Spak, of Deerfield, who finished 625 out of nearly 26,000 runners who completed the race, according to unofficial results.
