ARRESTS

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Irving G. Quintana, 22, of the 100 block of Golfview Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Feb. 1 at Rollins Road and Drury Lane, Unincorporated Round Lake. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Sean G. Pogue, 26, of the 26100 block of Lake Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 1 in Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Miguel A. Ramirez-Gomez, 33, of the 200 block of Walnut Drive, Mundelein, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Feb. 2 at Peterson Road and Cornerstone Drive, Grayslake. Bond was set at $1,500.
• John C. McMillon III, 29, of the 300 block of S Kyle Drive, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Feb. 2 at Lewis Road and Hawthorne Avenue, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Randy W. Lawrence, 43, of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 3 at Sheridan and Blanchard roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Tyler J. Witherspoon, 27, of the 2000 block of Linden Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Feb. 3 at Lewis Avenue and Bonnie Brook Lane, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Anthony J. Scott, 32, of the 1600 block of Sunset Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 3 at Sheridan Road and Hendee Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Jocelinne A. Barriga-Hernandez, 20, of the 400 block of N Jackson Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, aggravated speeding (73 MPH in a 45 MPH zone), and was arrested Feb. 5 at Route 21 and Route 41, Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Jeffrey F. Hillary, 48, of the 7300 block of Bittersweet Drive, Gurnee, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Feb. 5 at Route 132 and Green Bay Road, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Aniya E. Butler, 21, of the 1400 block of Lorelei Drive, Zion, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Feb. 6 at Wadsworth and Sheridan roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Robert A. Clemons, 37, of the 200 block of Rouse Avenue, Mundelein, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Feb. 6 at Route 59 and Wilson Road, Ingleside. Bond wa set at $1,500.
• Tyrone A. Brantley, 32, Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 7 at 33rd Street and Colgate Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Shawn S. Williams, 26, of the 800 block of Mulford Street, Evanston, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Feb. 7 at 33rd Street and Holdridge Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Emanuel Romero, 23, of the 500 block of North Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, aggravated speeding (87 MPH in a 55 MPH zone), no insurance, and a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 7 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 25.
• Chrishorn D. Wright, 22, of the 1800 block of Joanna Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license revoked, illegal transportation of cannabis, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 7 at Lewis Avenue and Williamsburg Drive, Waukegan. Bond was set at $2,000.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Andrea Delgado, 31, of the 1300 block of Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance and was arrested Feb. 1 at Fairfield and Caine roads, Unincorporated Lake Villa. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Feb. 22.
• Shauna C. Divoky, 40, of the 11400 block of Commercial Street, Richmond, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence out of McHenry Street, and was arrested Feb. 1 in the 35400 block of N Fairfield Road, Unincorporated Round Lake. Her bond was set at $5,000 and a court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the arrest.
• Robert O. Schneberger, 24, of the 36500 block of N Westmoor Avenue, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (75 MPH in a 45 MPH zone), no insurance, and was arrested on Feb. 1 at Route 59 and Bald Eagle Drive, Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of March 31.
• John A. Linczmaier, 59, of the 39300 block of Lake Court, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 2 at Wilson Road and Lakeview Avenue, Ingleside. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of March 24.
• Ondre D. Thomas, 30, of the 2100 block of 20th Street, North Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 3 at Rollins and Orchard roads, Round Lake Beach. Bond was set at $3,000 and Thomas was assigned a court date of March 17.
• Carlos Avilez, 18, of the 2500 block of Carmel Boulevard, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 5 in the 11000 block of Leland Avenue, Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of March 17.
• Paula R. Rohrs, 52, of the 35300 block of N Shoreline Road, Ingleside, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 5 at Route 59 and Beach Grove Road, Unincorporated Antioch. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of March 10.
• Janice M. Randolph-Washington, of the 1800 block of Jethro Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked, and was arrested Feb. 5 at Russell Road and Sterling Lane, Unincorporated Zion. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of March 24.
• Adam Davis, 41, of the 600 block of S Dilger Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Feb. 6 at Route 41 and I-94, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of March 10.
• Cheryl A. Quist, 49, of the 38500 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated driving while under the influence causing bodily harm, and was arrested Feb. 7 in the 1300 block of N Sheridan Road, Waukegan. Her bond was set at $100,000 and she was assigned a court date of Feb. 11.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

• Jose R. Villatoro-Maldonado, 58, of the 18900 block of W Plank Road, Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Feb. 1 at Rollins Road and Drury Lane, Unincorporated Round Lake. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Chirtsma D. Hogan, 28, of the 2500 block of Carver Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 3 at Sheridan Road and Paxton Drive, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Alfredo Luna-Garcia, 36, of the 700 block of Cummings Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested Feb. 4 at Sheridan Road and Ames Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500
• Efrain Castro-Capote, 24, of the 3000 block of 20th Place North Chicago, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 7 a Lewis and Harding avenues, Waukegan. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Jose Discua, 23, of the 2700 block of Westwood Drive, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 7 at Lewis and Ridgeland avenues, Waukegan. Bond was set at $2,000.

DRIVING WITH SUSPENDED REGISTRATION

Harrison D. Lowis, 26, of the 900 block of E Gardenia Lane, Palatine, is accused of driving with suspended registration, and was arrested Feb. 2 at Quentin Road and Field Parkway, Deer Park. Bond was set at $1,500.

MANUFACTURING/DELIVERY OF COCAINE

Luis A. Sandoval-Olivia, 39, of the 500 block of Carriage Drive, West Chicago, is accused of manufacturing/delivery of more than 900 grams of cocaine, unlawful possession of cocaine, driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 2 on I-94 south of Route 132, Unincorporated Waukegan. His bond was set at $50,000 and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 10.

UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON

• Nicholas T. Niminski, Jr., 35, of the 28000 block of W Main Street, Unincorporated Wauconda, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, and was arrested Feb. 3 in Unincorporated Wauconda. His bond was set at $500,000 and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 26.
• Jacob Lapenta, 23, of the 1200 block of Main Street, Antioch, is accused of having a warrant for unlawful use of a weapon, and was arrested Feb. 4 in Antioch. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
• Nigel A. Franklin, 24, of the 600 block of Hyacinth Place, Highland Park, is accused of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, and was arrested Feb. 7 at Lewis Avenue and Williamsburg Drive, Waukegan. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 17.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO A PEACE OFFICER

Gerald N. Zenko, 66, of the 10800 block of W MacArthur Drive, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated battery to a peace officer, and was arrested Feb. 4 in Beach Park. His bond was set at $25,000 and he was assigned a court date of March 3.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

Rylee J. Ollendick, 18, of the 0-100 block of Yale Court, Hawthorn Woods, is accused of aggravated speeding (76 MPH in a 40 MPH zone), underage consumption of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Feb. 6 at Route 59 and Route 132, Unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $1,500.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

• Kristin C. Whitaker, 40, no permanent address, is accused of criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and was arrested Feb. 6 in the 26200 block of Route 173, Unincorporated Antioch. Her bond was set at $1,500 and she was assigned a court date of March 29.
• Jessica L. Bueno, 27, of the 1300 block of Lotus Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested Feb. 7 in the 34000 block of White Oak Lane, Unincorporated Gurnee. Her bond was set at $1,500 and she was assigned a court date of March 3.

BATTERY

Karl A. Westbrooks, 40, of St. Paddock Lake, Wisconsin, is accused of having a warrant for battery, and was arrested Feb. 7 in the 42900 block of N Delany Road, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $25,000 and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 17.
