Dao Sushi and Roti Coming Soon To Deerfield
Asian-American and Mediterranean fusion eateries to open at The Shops at Deerfield Square.

General Manager Modesto Perez said Dao Sushi is renovating the space formerly occupied by Wildfish Sushi and will be open to by the middle of the month, the Chicago Tribune reports.
"We strive to provide a little more," Perez said in the story. "We put the emphasis on quality and tradition with modern Asian fusion. There might be a little Mediterranean or Western influence. It's something we're really, really good at," said Perez.
Some entrees on Dao Sushi's menu include the Dears Roll (soft shell crab, cucumber, shrimp, avocado), the Burning Tongue Roll (tempura red snapper, jalapeno, salmon, spicy sauce, mixed greens, masago) and oysters and clams from around the globe.
