Deerfield Homes Sold In November: From $175,000 To $900,000

DEERFIELD, IL — The housing market in the Deerfield area, as defined by its 60015 ZIP code, remained a buyer's market in October. There were more than twice as many new home added to public listings as were sold.

Last month, the median list price declined by about $5,000 to just under $585,000, while the median sale price rose by nearly $100,000 among the 17 homes sold, according to data from Realtor.com.

The median closing price in October 2018 was more than 50 percent higher than 12 months earlier and up more than a 25 percent from October 2016.

In the first half of November, seven homes have sold – ranging from a 41-year-old townhome for $177,000 to an 11-year-old five-bedroom for nearly $900,000.
