Deerfield Office Complex Switches Hands
Connecticut-based company pays nearly $154 million for the four-building complex on Lake Cook Road.
GE Capital Real Estate sold a four-building office complex in Deerfield for just under $154 million to a Connecticut-based company.
Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers bought the 697,673-square-foot Corporate 500 Centre on Lake Cook Road this week, according to Crain’s Chicago.
It was unclear at the time whether the deal included all of Connecticut-based GE Capital’s 4.2 million square feet of real estate in the Chicago area.
