DUI, Aggravated Speeding Among 4 Charges For 18-Year-Old: Blotter

THEFT

Dalton C. Cuchna, 30, of the 700 block of Portsmouth Drive, Island Lake, is accused of having a warrant for theft out of McHenry County, and was arrested March 15 in the 31100 block of Unincorporated Libertyville. His bond was set at $30,000 and a court date was to be determined in McHenry County.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Victoria M. West, 49, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested March 16 at Old Route 41 and Edwards Road, Wadsworth. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of April 28.
• Xavier C. Thompson, 18, of the 1500 block of Seymour Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 17 at Sheridan and Ganster roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and Thompson was assigned a court date of April 28.
• Kathryn M. Willin, 38, of the 37100 block of Fairview Lane, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, driving while license revoked, and was arrested March 17 at Drexel Boulevard and Harlem Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch. Her bond was set at $20,000 and she was assigned a court date of April 26.
• Elesha N. Bennett, 39, of the 1400 block of Candlestick Way, Waugkegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 18 at Gages Lake and Colby roads, Gurnee. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Sept. 1.
• Lori K. Christenson, 40, of the 100 block of Walker Court, Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 19 at Cemetery Road and Tri State Parkway, Unincorporated Gurnee. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of May 12.
• Joseph M. Michniewicz, 31, of the 37600 block of N Lake Vista Terrace, Unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of driving under the influence of the combination of drugs and alcohol, and was arrested March 19 at Route 83 and Apollo Court, Lake Villa. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of May 5.
• Luis A. Flores, 18, of the 1500 block of Morrow Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (92 mph in a 35 mph zone), no insurance, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested March 19 at Route 132 and Lewis Avenue, Waukegan. His bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of April 5.
• Roman Kovalyk, 36, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested March 20 at Rotue 173 and Kilbourne Road, Unincorporated Zion. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of April 21.
• Edmund R. McGlynn, Jr., 72, of the 26300 block of Riverwoods Boulevard, Mettawa, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 20 at Route 60 and Riverwoods Road, Mettawa. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of May 26.
• Daniel Cordova, 20, of the 19800 block of West Shore Drive, Unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 21 in Unincorporated Mundelein.
• Kenneth J. Zonsius, 50, of the 100 block of Terra Meadow Circle, Volo, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 21 in the 2700 block of Hartigan Road, Volo. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of May 26.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Alonzo K. Rogers, 40, of the 1500 block of 3rd Street, Winthrop Harbor, is accused of having a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested March 17 in the 36700 block of N Route 41, Unincorporated Gurnee. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of April 15.

OBSTRUCTING JUSTICE

Ashley E. Scott, 23, of the 40700 block of N Black Oak Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of having a warrant for obstructing justice out of McHenry County, and was arrested March 17 in Unincorporated Antioch. Her bond was set at $5,000 and a court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA

Dakota J. Makaryk, 29, of the 17400 block of W Chestnut Lane, Unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and was arrested March 17 at Route 132 and Hunt Club Road, Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500 and Makaryk was assigned a court date of April 19.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Carlos E. Miramontes, 31, of the 4800 block of W Walton Street, Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested March 18 at Route 12o and Hunt Club Road, Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Jordan A. Heard, 21, of Mont Pleasant, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested March 18 at Wadsworth Road and Gabriel Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Lee E. Hernandez, 36, of the 38100 block of N Cornell Road, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license revoked, and was arrested March 20 in Beach Park. His bond was set at $75,000 and he was assigned a court date of March 21.
• Aaron L. Turner, 32, of the 300 block of Farmingdale Circle, Vernon Hills, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested March 21 at Birch Avenue and Woodland Road, Lake Bluff. Bond was set at $1,500.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

• Raju Yesudasan, 43, of the 200 block of Yeoman Street, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated speeding (45 mph in a 75 mph zone), and was arrested March 18 at 33rd Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Franklin Parris, Jr., 41, of the 2300 block of Salem Boulevard, Zion, is accused of aggravated speeding (103 mph in a 40 mph zone), reckless driving, and was arrested March 21 at Sheridan and Longview roads, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.

PAROLE VIOLATION

Timothy Webber, 29, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of having a warrant for a parole violation from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, and was arrested March 20 in the 14900 block of Russell Road, Unincorporated Zion. Weber received no bond and was assigned a court date of March 26.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Victor Rivera, 19, of the 1500 block of N 1st Avenue, Melrose Park, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested March 20 at Wadsworth Road and North Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.

BATTERY

David Edmonds, 44, of the 38400 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of battery, and was arrested March 21 in Beach Park. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of April 26.
