DUI, Leaving Crash Scene Among Charges For Chicago Man: Blotter

ARRESTS

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Alfredo J. Guerrero, 27, of the 37700 block of N Cedar Lake Road, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of having a warrant for violation of an order of protection, and was arrested May 10 in Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 27.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

• Jose Alonso Garcia, 20, of the 600 block of W Keith Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested May 11 at Sheridan Road and Suddard Street, Beach Park Bond was set at $1,500.
• Jose A. Ceja Fajardo, 39, of the 38300 block of Monarch Lane, Beach Park, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested May 14 at Green Bay Road and Yorkhouse Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Vigerina Mariaa, 31, of the 21W500 block of North Avenue, Lombard, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested May 16 at Route 12 and Lake Shore Drive, Unincorporated Wauconda. Bond was set at $1,500.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO A PEACE OFFICER

Latoya Hilliard-Brooks, 47, no permanent address, is accused of aggravated battery to a peace officer, and was arrested May 11 at Sheridan and Wadsworth roads, Beach Park. Her bond was set at $50,000 and she was assigned a court date of May 25.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Matthew D. Brechel, 39, of the 500 block of Niagara Drive, Volo, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated driving under the influence, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested May 11 in the Volo. His bond was set at $250,000 and he was assigned a court date of May 19.
• Leonel Casas, Jr., 25, of the 500 block of E Washington Street, Round Lake Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested May 14 at Thorngate Drive and Spyglass Circle, Mundelein. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 7.
• Vladzislau Ivashkevich, 25, of the 300 block of N Green Bay Road, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (98 mph in a 40 mph zone), and was arrested May 14 at Route 21 and Washington Street, Gurnee. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 30.
• Ryan J.R. Woods, 28, of the 100 block of Wright Drive, Lake in the Hills, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, and was arrested May 14 in the 2700 block of Hartigan Road, Volo. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 23.
• John J. Paul, 56, of the 3200 block of W Arthington, Chicago, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash, driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested May 15 at Route 137 and St. Mary's Road, Unincorporated Libertyville. His bond was set at $200,000 and he was assigned a court date of May 19.
• Alexis Garcia-Ayala, 23, of the 3200 block of Susan Circle, Park City, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested May 15 at Wadsworth Road and Lewis Avenue, Beach Park. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of July 7.

Public Indecency Charge Leads To Arrest Of Wisconsin Man

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

• Lee M. Pippin, 39, of the 26100 block of W Blackhawk Avenue, Ingleside, is accused of having a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested May 12 in Ingleside. Bond was set at $50,000 with a court date to be determined.
• Emilie F. Hitzke, 35, of the 500 block of McKinley Avenue, Mundelein, is accused of having a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested May 12 at Route 45 and Dunbar Road, Mundelein. Her bond was set at $25,000 and she was assigned a court date of June 9.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Anthony L. Neal, 48, of the 9900 block of Michigan Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested May 13 at Blanchard Road and Tradition Drive, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Karl A. Westbrook, Jr., 40, of Salem, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested May 14 at Route 41 and Hanssen Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Deshae D. Coleman-Rodgers, 29, of the 600 block of S Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested May 14 at Route 41 and Hanssen Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Candance C. Adams, 36, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested May 14 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $2,000.

BATTERY

Joshua Guzman, 24, of the 1200 block of Brentwood Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of battery, and was arrested May 13 in the 27200 block of Volo Village Road, Volo. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of June 2.
