Former Bulls' Star Noah Sells Bannockburn Home
Joakim Noah played for Chicago from 2007-2016.

BANNOCKBURN, IL — Joakim Noah, a two-time NBA All-Star and the league's Defensive Player of the Year in 2014, recently put his Bannockburn mansion up for sale, asking for a reported $1.4 million. He sold the 5,000-square-foot home for a little under $1.1 million.
Noah, who played for the Chicago Bulls for nine seasons, paid $1.5 million for the home in 2008, according to the Lake County Recorder of Deeds.
The five-bedroom home at 5 Bannockburn Court is situated on two secluded acres and features resort-like living, according to is listing at realtor.com. Not surprisingly, a full-sized basketball court is located in the rear yard of the property.

Noah played for the Bulls from 2007-2016. Most recently, he was signed by the Los Angeles Clippers in March, but was waived earlier this month. There has been speculation Noah might sign with Chicago and then retire witht the team that originally drafted him.

According to the Lake County Recorder of Deeds, Noah paid nearly $29,000 in taxes on the property in 2019. The home was built in 1998.
