Grayslake Man Accused Of Criminal Sexual Assault/Child: Blotter

BURGLARY

• Carissa A. Alfred, 33, of the 300 block of Grant Court, Libertyville, is accused of having a warrant for burglary, theft, and was arrested March 29 in the 0-100 block of N County Street, Waukegan. Her bond was set at $100,000 and she was assigned a court date of April 7.
• Isaiah E. Howell, 21, of the 1600 block of 10th Street, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for burglary, theft, retail theft, and he was arrested April 1 in the 300 block of W Washington Street, Waukegan. His bond was set at $100,000 and he was assigned a court date of April 19.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Breon T. Gates, 26, of the 1000 block of 15th Street, North Chicago, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license suspended, obstructing identification, and was arrested March 29 in the 37900 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $22,000 and Gates was assigned a court date of April 21.
• Elijah M. Horne, 25, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested March 30 at Delany Road and Heritage Trail, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Benito Olivera, 39, of the 500 block of Lakehurst Road, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested March 30 at Route 173 and Green Bay Road, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.
• William L. Lewis, 35, of the 3000 block of Green Bay Road, North Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested April 2 at Sheridan and Blanchard roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY

Maxi McRee, 43, of the 40500 block of Route 83, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated battery, and was arrested March 30 in Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $150,000 and McRee was assigned a court date of April 6.

Wisconsin Man Charged With Illegal Gun, Cannabis

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Richard W. Wampler, 67, of the 23500 block of W Beach Grove Road, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested March 30 in Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of April 6.

POSSESSION OF A STOLEN VEHICLE

Joseph A. Savino, III, 38, of the 28900 block of Pilgrims Pass, Lakemoor, is accused of having a warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle, burglary, and was arrested March 30 in Lakemoor. His bond was set at $50,000 and he was assigned a court date of April 13.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Michael L. Stewart, 66, of the 4100 block of Bayside Court, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 31 at Sheridan and Yorkhouse roads, Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of May 12.
• Melissa R. Neuman, 45, of the 900 block of S Tremont Road, Round Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested April 2 at Route 45 and Rollins Road, Unincorporated Gurnee. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of May 5.
• Elizabeth J. Gamber, 49, of the 0-100 block of Atteridge Road, Lake Forest, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested April 4 at Route 45 and Brae Loch, Grayslake. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of May 19.

PREDATORY CRIMINAL SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A CHILD

Jose A. Torrez, 50, of the 33100 block of N Sears Boulevard, Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of having a warrant for predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, and was arrested March 31 in Unincorporated Grayslake. His bond was set at $5 million and he was assigned a court date of April 22.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Carlos Hernandez-Espinal, 32, of the 300 block of Arthur Court, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, aggravated speeding (75 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested April 2 at Wadsworth Road and Green Bay Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

• Nicholas D. Craft, 33, of the 38500 block of Konen Avenue, Unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested April 2 in Unincorporated Spring Grove. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of May 10.
• Shelia J. Wilson, 54, of the 38400 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested April 3 in Beach Park. Her bond was set at $1,500 and she was assigned a court date of May 3.
• Sue Mueller, 54, of the 24100 block of W Grass Lake Road, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested April 4 in Unincorporated Antioch. Her bond was set at $1,500 and she was assigned a court date of April 28.

VIOLATION OF VIOLENT OFFENDER AGAINST YOUTH REGISTRATION

Nathan Alicea, 37, of the 300 block of Lunar Drive, Round Lake, is accused of having a warrant for violation of violent offender against youth registration, and was arrested April 2 in Round Lake. His bond was set at $40,000 and he was assigned a court date of April 28.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

Shokhsanam R. Ergasheva, 47, of the 700 block of Overlook Circle, Round Lake, is accused of aggravated speeding (104 mph in a 55 mph zone), no insurance, and was arrested April 4 at Route 12 and Wynstone Drive, North Barrington. Bond was set at $2,000.
