- Sarah A. Gaiser, 53, of the 25100 block of W Caine Road, Ingleside, is accused of having a warrant out of DuPage County for an aggravated driving under the influence charge, and was arrested May 24 in Ingleside. Her bond was set at $25,000 and her next court in DuPage County was to be determined at the time of the report.
- Brichia M. Sanders, 35, of the 0-100 block of Prairie View Court, North Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested May 26 at Sheridan Road and Talmadge Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and Sanders was assigned a court date of July 7.
- David F. Garast, 72, of the 38600 block of Glen Lake Place, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested May 29 in Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 7.
- Elizabeth A. Yount, 48, of the 700 block of N Beck Road, Lindenhurst, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested May 29 at Route 59 and Monaville Road, Unincorporated Lake Villa. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of July 7.
- Leonardo F. Torrecilla, 37, of the 2200 block of Glen Flora Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, driving while license suspended, and was arrested May 29 at Wadsworth and Sheridan roads, Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 7.
- Angel L. Feliciano, 24, of the 300 block of Hull Court, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested May 30 at Sheridan Road and Miraflores Avenue, Waukegan. Bond was set at $3,000 and Feliciano was assigned a court date of July 14.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
- Michael R. Gonsowski, 62, of the 38100 block of N 3rd Avenue, Unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested May 24 in Unincorporated Spring Grove. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of June 7.
- Hayley Michelle L. Yates, 19, of the 1000 block of Glenn Drive, North Chicago, is accused of criminal damage to property, assault, and was arrested May 24 in the 33500 block of N Idlewild Drive, Gages Lake. Her bond was set at $1,500 and she was assigned a court date of June 21.
- Ruvicel Huerta-Gutierrez, 35, of the 1800 block of N Grand Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for criminal trespass to property, and was arrested May 28 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. His bond was set at $50,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 2.

Henry A. Valladares-Osorto, 20, of the 1100 block of Chestnut Street, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated speeding (65 mph in a 35 mph zone), and was arrested May 24 at Lewis and Sunset avenues, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.
BATTERY
- Steven Alvarado, 24, of the 1400 block of Beverly Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of battery, and was arrested May 25 at the Lake County Jail. He is being held on other charges and was assigned a court date of June 9.
- William A. Jaimes, 25, of the 8700 block of N Wisner Street, Niles, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated battery, and was arrested May 25 in the 0-100 block of N County Street, Waukegan. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 1.
- Tammy K. Witherspoon, 34, of the 2200 block of Galilee Avenue, Zion, is accused of battery, and was arrested May 25 in the 38500 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Her bond was set at $1,500 and she was assigned a court date of June 21.
- Noah S. Baran, 35, of the 800 block of Sanctuary Drive, Lake Villa, is accused of battery, and was arrested May 29 in the 38200 block of N Bolton Place, Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of June 21.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE
Julio C. Najera, 32, of the 10000 block of W Paddock Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of no driver's license, leaving the scene of a crash, and was arrested May 26 in the 37700 block of Sheridan Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of June 17.
HOME REPAIR FRAUD
Marcelino Hernandez, 55, of the 35700 block of N Greenleaf Avenue, Ingleside, is accused of having a warrant for home repair fraud out of Cook County, and was arrested May 29 in Ingleside. There was no bond and his next court date was to be determined in Cook County.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Martin W. Kerley, 57, of the 1100 block of N Rand Road, Arlington Heights, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested May 30 at Route 12 and Lake Cook Road, Deer Park. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of June 14.
