Andrea L. Majewski, 49, of the 41500 block of N Route 41, Wadsworth, is accused of having a warrant out of Cook County (Northfield) for fraudulent practices, and was arrested Jan. 18 in Wadsworth. No bond was given and a court date in Cook County was yet to be determined at the time of the report.
BATTERY

Stephen L. Kirk, 32, of the 800 block of Heartland Park Lane, Antioch, is accused of battery, and was arrested Jan. 18 at Route 173 and Green Bay Road, Antioch. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 22.
VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION
Nestor M. Ruiz, 30, of the 2800 block of Grandville Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Jan. 20 in Unincorporated Mundelein. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 28.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Michael Lutz, 54, of the 4800 block of Jeffrey Street, Johnsburg, is accused of having a warrant out of McHenry County for driving under the influence, and was arrested Jan. 20 in the 42500 block of N Forest Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch. Bond information was not available at the time of the report and a new court date was issued for Feb. 15 in McHenry County.
- Kimberly Carmer, 44, of the 200 block of Route 59, Fox Lake, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested Jan. 21 in the 0-100 block of N County Street, Waukegan. Her bond was set at $20,000 and she was assigned a court date of Feb. 18.
- Christopher J. Huber, 43, of the 600 block of Dunham Road, Gurnee, is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicating compounds, and was arrested Jan. 22 at Hunt Club and Gages Lake roads, Unincorporated Gurnee. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 10.
- Erkia Martinez, 44, of the 400 block of Garfield Road, Ingleside, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 22 at Route 59 and Petite Lake Road, Unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of March 3 was assigned.
- Catherine Levia-Martinez, 30, of the 9800 block of Prairie Ridge Road, Richmond, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 22 at Route 59 and Columbia Bay Road, Unincorporated Lake Villa. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of March 10.
- Ramona L. Parise, 28, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Jan. 23 at Green Bay Road and Wakefield Drive, Beach Park. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of March 3.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED
- Daniel C. Baker, 19, of Racine, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Jan. 21 at Beach Road and Loyola Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
- Lakeisha R. Dean, 46, of the 2900 block of Gideon Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested Jan. 21 at Sheridan and Blanchard roads, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
- Craig S. Napoli, 58, of the 400 block of Arbor Gate Lane, Buffalo Grove, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 21 at Route 59 and Route 173, Antioch. Bond was set at $2,000.
- Anthony E. Cofield, Jr., 29, of the 1100 block of Muirfield Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license was suspended, and was arrested Jan. 23 at Lewis and Ridgeland avenues, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.
- Charles D. Utes, 45, of the 27500 block of N Langley Court, Unincorporated Island Lake, is accused of driving while license revoked, leaving the scene of a crash, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 23 in the 27500 block of N Beech Street, Unincorporated Island Lake. His bond was set at $2,000 and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 10.
- Olumide Akinola, 52, of the 3600 block of N Harrier Road, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license suspended, aggravated speeding (63MPH in a 35MPH zone), and was arrested Jan. 23 at Lewis Avenue and Birmingham Road, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.
INTIMIDATION
Sean E. Walkington, 33, of the 18600 block of W Deerpath Road, Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of having a warrant out of Racine County, Wisconsin for intimidation, battery, and was arrested Jan. 21 in the 1100 block of S Northpointe Drive, Waukegan. His bond was set at $1 million and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 26.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WITH INTENT TO DELIVER
Johnny C. Jackson, 30, of the 100 block of Glen Street, Grayslake, is accused of having a warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 21 in Grayslake.
NO DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Jeffrey S. Swanson, 50, of the 300 block of Joren Trail, Antioch, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 21 at Route 83 and Williams Street, Antioch. Bond was set at $2,000.
- Nakia E. Body, 24, of the 2200 block of Horeb Avenue, Zion, is accused of no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested Jan. 23 at 23rd Street and Sheridan Road, Zion. Bond was set at $2,000.
HOME REPAIR FRAUD
David S. Hendricks, 54, of the 400 block of Barrington Road, Wauconda, is accused of having a warrant for home repair fraud, and was arrested Jan. 22 in Wauconda. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 18.
THEFT
Justin W. Persha, 41, of the 800 block of Cunningham Drive, Antioch, is accused of having a warrant for theft, and was and was arrested Jan. 22 at Grass Lake Road and Sunset Drive, Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of Feb. 9.
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY
David Uzelac, 27, of the 33600 block of Evergreen Avenue, Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of attempted burglary, criminal damage to property, criminal trespass to property, and was arrested Jan. 23 in the 35200 block of Grant Avenue, Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $35,000 and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 27.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY
Daniel Brizuela, 35, of the 25800 block of Highpoint Drive, Ingleside, is accused of criminal damage to government property, resisting of a peace officer, and was arrested Jan. 24 in the 35400 block of Fairfield Road, Unincorporated Round Lake. His bond was set at $40,000 and he was assigned a court date of Jan. 28.
