Just Sold: What Homes Are Selling For In Deerfield This December

DEERFIELD, IL — It remains a buyer's market in Deerfield, according to recent home sale data. Last month, the median listing price for Deerfield home's was $550,000 and the median sales price was $404,000. Both averages are down from October, when the median listing price was $580,000 and the median sales price was nearly $545,000, according to Realtor.com.

There were 21 homes sold in November, and this month there are 257 homes on the market with a median listing price of $203 per square foot.
