La Grange Public Library opens new digital lab
New media center will let children, teens and adults experience the latest in digital media technology.

Patrons of the La Grange Public Library will not have the opportunity to use the latest equipment to make movies, do sound production and produce photos requiring the latest digital technology thanks to the new center opened June 23, according to a Suburban Life story.
With a $50,000 grant from the Illinois Library Association, Library Director Jeannie Dilger said the lab is designed to give people equipment to use which is not normally available for home production, according to the Suburban Life. Among other things there is a production studio with a green screen and places where people can work together.
