Leasing on New Deerfield Apartment Complexes to Begin in Early 2015

The first major multifamily apartment developments in Deerfield in years could start leasing in early 2015, the Northbrook Star reported.

The two projects, both of which are aimed at high-end tenants, are adjacent to the Tri-State Tollway and will combine to build 488 apartments.

Ravine Park Partners is developing a 248-unit Woodview Apartments complex near Deerfield Road. A 240-unit AMLI Deerfield complex at Lake Cook Road near the tollway is targeting similar tenants who work in the headquarter office parks and nearby business headquarters such as Allstate in Northbrook or Abbott in North Chicago.
