Man Accused Of Aggravated Sexual Assault Of A Child: Blotter

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTY

Alisa Cadette, 42, of the 200 block of Route 59, Ingleside, is accused of having a warrant for criminal trespass to property, and was arrested March 8 in the 300 block of W Washington Street, Waukegan. Her bond was set at $30,000 and she was assigned a court date of April 27.

POSSESSION OF A STOLEN VEHICLE

Quintez J. Maggett, 19, of the 2300 block of Gilboa Avenue, Zion, is accused of having a warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle, and was arrested March 8 in the 1300 block of Sheridan Road, Waukegan. His bond was set at $250,000 and he was assigned a court date of March 18.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO LAND

Richard S. Brown, III, 41, of the 600 block of S Genesee Street, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for criminal trespass to land, and was arrested March 8 at Crawford and Edwards roads, Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of March 29.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

• Eric M. Solano, 21, of the 1900 block of Green Bay Road, Highland Park, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested March 8 in the 17800 block of W Washington Street, Unincorporated Gurnee. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Jacob T. Holbert, 20, of the 100 block of Silver Oaks Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested March 9 at Rollins Road and Hillside Avenue, Ingleside. His bond was set at $2,000.
• Christopher D. Stamps, 29, of the 1200 block of North Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested March 13 at Hunt Club and Stearns School roads, Unincorporated Lindenhurst. Bond was set at $1,500.

Chicago Man Nabbed In Deerfield On Strangulation Warrant

AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A CHILD

Errick D. Montes, 33, of the 500 block of Decatur Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of having a warrant out of Riverside County, California, for aggravated sexual assault of a child, and was arrested March 8 in the 1900 block of Alabama Avenue, North Chicago. His bond was set at $1 million and he was assigned a court date of March 22.

PROBATION VIOLATION

Dustin M. David, 31, of the 37000 block of Terry Drive W, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of having a warrant out of Champaign County for a probation violation — possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested March 9 in Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $5,000 and a future court date was to be determined in Champaign County.

• Karla J. Sanabria, 28, of the 900 block of Raleigh Road, Mundelein, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 10 at Route 83 and Gilmer Road, Long Grove. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of April 28.
• Gabriel L. Mayers, 34, of the 2300 block of Dickey Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested March 11 in the 39000 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of April 13.
• David Dvorkin, 21, of the 34000 block of N Wooded Glen Drive, Grayslake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 12 at Route 12 and Route 120, Lakemoor. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of April 14.
• Daniel A. Ramirez-Hernandez, 34, of the 800 block of Belvidere Road, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no driver's license, and was arrested March 12 at Route 120 and Green Bay Road, Waukegan. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of April 14.
• Raphael A. Schmidt, 27, of the 28300 block of W Brandenburg Road, Ingleside, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested March 12 at Grand and Lorraine avenues, Waukegan. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of April 14.
• Matthew D. Zanner, 30, of the 12500 block of W Grove Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (71 mph in a 35 mph zone), no insurance, and was arrested March 12 at Delany and Yorkhouse roads, Waukegan. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of April 21.
• Ivan Alvarez, 31, of the 4700 block of N Bernard Street, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested March 13 at Rollins and Carillon roads, Unincorporated Round Lake. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of May 12.
• Michael R. Bakutis, 43, of the 25300 block of W Hilldale Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, operation of a non-highway vehicle on a roadway, and was arrested March 13 at Rena Avenue and Greenview Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of May 4.

THEFT

Dorothy F. Seitz, 34, of the 19600 block of W Cambridge Road, Unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of having a warrant for theft, and was arrested March 11 in Unincorporated Mundelein. Her bond was set at $20,000 and she was assigned a court date of April 6.

RETAIL THEFT

Samantha M. Crawford, 38, of the 200 block of Highmoor Drive, Round Lake Park, is accused of having a warrant out of Cook County for retail theft, criminal trespass to a motor vehicle, and was arrested March 11 in the 25100 block of N Virginia Avenue, Unincorporated Lake Zurich. Bond was set at $2,000 and a future court date was to be determined in Cook County.

ATTEMPTED ARSON

Richard Grybalow, 71, of the 4400 block of Country Trail, Gurnee, is accused of having a warrant for attempted arson, aggravated domestic battery, unlawful restraint, and was arrested March 11 in the 2800 block of W 19th Street, Chicago. His bond was set at $150,000 and he was assigned a court date of March 22.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Saul Rosendo-Morales, 31, of the 600 block of Pacific Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of no driver's license, and was arrested March 12 at 23rd Street and Galilee Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $1,500.

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

Mateusz Rogowski, 28, of the 400 block of Oakwood Drive, Round Lake Beach, is accused of violation of bail bond, and was arrested March 13 ain the 33000 block of N Valley View Drive, Unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $3,000 and Rogowski was assigned a court date of March 17.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Sergeui Kobets, 48, of the 15800 block of Woodbine Circle, Unincorporated Vernon Hills, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested March 14 in Unincorporated Vernon Hills. His bond was set at $5,000 and he was assigned a court date of March 18.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

Armando Huizar, Jr., 20, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of aggravated speeding (102 mph in a 55 mph zone), and was arrested March 13 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.

BATTERY

Jaron Duarte-Parks, 30, of Prairie, Wisconsin, is accused of battery, and was arrested March 14 in the 34100 block of N Redtop Road, Unincorporated Round Lake. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of April 19.
