Peter A. Graham, 27, of the 500 block of May Street, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for criminal trespass to property, and was arrested June 21 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. He was sentenced to 30 days in Lake County Jail.

  • Salvador Santiago-Dominguez, 46, of the 5300 block of W Foster Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested June 22 at Routes 21 and 120, Unincorporated Gurnee. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 28.
  • Jill D. Seirfried, 38, of the 200 block of S Route 59, Ingleside, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested June 25 at Route 60 and Fairfield Road, Unincorporated Grayslake. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of July 28.
  • Samantha E. Spohr, 23, of Salem, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance, and was arrested June 25 at 1st Street and North Avenue, Unincorporated Anitoch. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Aug. 4.

THEFT

Stephen B. Mintern, 26, of the 1700 block of Gold Road, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for theft, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested June 24 in the 1300 block of N Sheridan Road, Waukegan. His bond was set at $203,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 26.

BATTERY

Timothy A. Schnaebele, 63, of the 26300 block of W Park Place, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of battery, and was arrested June 25 in Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $1,500 with a next court date to be determined at the time of the report.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON

  • Jennifer Torres Martinez, 34, of the 1400 block of Hervey Avenue, North Chicago, is accused of aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (60 mph in a 35 mph zone), no insurance, and was arrested June 25 at Edgewood and Cornell roads, Beach Park. Her bond was set at $15,000 and she was assigned a court date of June 30.
  • Angel J. Marrero, 18, of the 3200 block of Gabriel Avenue, Zion, is accused of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful discharge of a firearm, and was arrested June 25 in the 10400 block of Hendee Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $15,0000 and Marrero was assigned a court date of July 1.
  • Alejandra Segovia, 18, of the 1100 block of Browne Court, Beach Park, is accused of unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a firearm without concealed carry license, and was arrested June 26 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Her bond was set at $2,000 and she was assigned a court date of June 30.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Silvestre Martinez, 28, of the 37600 block of Crest Drive, Beach Park, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested on June 25 in Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500 and Martinez was assigned a court date of July 7.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

  • Michael J. Tolbert, 58, of the 38200 block of N Loyola Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant for driving while license suspended, and was arrested at June 25 at Lewis Avenue and Everett Street, Waukegan. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 6.
  • Shane J. Formel, 48, of the 600 block W Washington Street, Lake Bluff, driving while license revoked, driving while registration suspended, and was arrested June 26 at Blodgett Avenue and Waukegan Road, Unincorporated Lake Bluff. Bond was set at $1,500.

VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION

Valerie E. Mullins, 51, of the 33200 block of N Mill Road, Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of violation of an order or protection, and was arrested in Unincorporated Grayslake. Her bond was set at $10,000 and she was assigned a court date of July 2.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON BY A FELON

Marc G. Sanchez, 22, of the 1100 block of Greenwood Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a firearm without a concealed carry license, obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested June 26 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $50,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 30.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A METAL PIPE

Brandon T. Broussard, 25, of Paris, Tennessee, is accused of having a warrant out of Henry County, Tennessee, for aggravated assault with a metal pipe, and was arrested June 27 in the 39900 block of N State Park Road, Unincorporated Spring Grove. His bond was set at $500,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 30.

OPERATING WATERCRAFT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL

Zachary C. Benner, 23, of the 2200 block of Blackstone Lane, Carpentersville, is accused of operating watercraft under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested June 27 n Grass Lake. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 4.
