Number Of DUI Arrests Made Near Lake Cook Road: Blotter

• Monica Koszarek, 31, of the 3200 block of Stratford Court, Lake Bluff, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and was arrested at 1:41 a.m. May 13 near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. She was released on a $3,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court June 23 in Waukegan.
• Richard Nylund Koerner, 39, of the 1000 block of Kenton Road, Deerfield, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested at 3:06 a.m. May 10 near Deerfield Road and Hoffman Lane. He was released on a $3,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 16 in Waukegan.
• Nicholas J. Anderson, 26, of Memphis, Tennessee, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and was arrested at 2:44 a.m. April 30 near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of June 9 in Waukegan.
• Diana N. Oliveros-Nava, 28, of the 1200 block of S Forums Court, Wheeling, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and was arrested at 2:50 a.m. May 2 near Portwine Road and Forest Glen. She was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of June 9 in Waukegan.
• Roberto Guzman, 27, of the 1400 block of Palatine Road, Palatine, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and was arrested at 9:44 p.m. April 27 near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of May 26 in Waukegan.
• Victor Zarate, 36, of the 1700 block of Gideon Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, and was arrested at 1:13 a.m. April 16 near Lake Cook and Portwine roads. He was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of May 19 in Waukegan.
• Marisa E. Dister, 43, of the 300 block of 12th Street, Wheeling, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, disobeying a traffic control device, unlawful use of an electronic communication device, no valid driver's license, and was arrested at 7:40 p.m. April 18 near Deerfield and Saunders roads. She was released on a $3,000 bond and was assigned a court date of May 19 in Waukegan.
