- Cheryl A. Quist, 49, of the 38500 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated driving under the influence, and was arrested May 4 in Beach Park. Her bond was set at $250,000 and she was assigned a court date of May 12.
- Mark E. Manning, 60, of the 39500 block of N Hillside Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested May 4 at Konen and Greenwood avenues, Unincorporated Spring Grove. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 23.
- Henry Martinez, 35, of the 100 block of Juniper Street, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, aggravated fleeing to elude, driving while license revoked, aggravated speeding (69 mph in a 40 mph zone), and was arrested May 9 at North Avenue and Beach Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $50,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 7.
AGGRAVATED BATTERY TO PEACE OFFICER
Kerry A. Soudan, 49, of the 24600 block of W Broson Avenue, Unincorporated Round Lake, is accused of aggravated battery to a peace officer, resisting arrest, and was arrested May 4 in Unincorporated Round Lake. Bond was set at $35,000 and Soudan was assigned a court date of May 11.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Ryan P. Riehm, 43, of Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, is accused of having a warrant for disorderly conduct, public indecency, and was arrested May 4 at Route 60 and Fish Lake Road, Volo. His bond was set at $40,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 10.
DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED
- Pascual Montoya-Casillas, 57, of the 900 block of Flossmoor Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, and was arrested May 4 at Route 43 and Blodgett Avenue, Unincorporated Lake Bluff. Bond was set at $1,500.
- Marijunaira Rivera Varela, 34, of the 1500 block of 1st Avenue, Melrose Park, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested May 5 at Wadsworth Road and Lewis Avenue, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.
- Robert J. Creamer, 22, of the 38700 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested May 8 at Beach Road and Tewes Court, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
SPEEDING
Andrew G. Espino, 22, of the 3500 block of Keith Avenue, Gurnee, is accused of aggravated speeding (92 mph in a 35 mph zone), reckless driving, and was arrested May 7 at Wadsworth Road and Cambridge Boulevard, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
BURGLARY
Battogtokh Gombo, 40, of the 3600 block of Salem Walk, Northbrook, is accused of having a warrant for burglary, and was arrested May 7 in Northbrook. Bond was set at $30,000 and Gombo was assigned a court date of May 25.
ATTEMPTED RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY
Heaven L. Fecht, 22, of the 3900 block of Dorchester Avenue, Gurnee, is accused of attempted residential burglary, criminal trespass to land, and was arrested May 8 in the 40200 block of N West Shore Drive, Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $20,000 and Fecht was assigned a court date of May 26.
BATTERY
Daniel Morales, 34, of the 3700 block of N Piper Lane, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of battery, obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested May 9 in Lake Villa. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of May 27.
ILLEGAL TRANSPORTATION OF CANNABIS IN VEHICLE
Gilez Casarrubias, 24, of the 100 block of Highwood Avenue, Highland Park, is accused of illegal transportation of cannabis in a vehicle, and was arrested May 9 at Sheridan Road and W Talmadge Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,500.
