Sexual Assault Arrest Made; Speedster Goes 92 MPH In 35: Blotter

Stacey C. Butler, 37, of the 3300 block of Holdridge Avenue, Zion, is accused of theft, and was arrested May 31 in the 38200 block of Sheridan Road, Beach Park. Her bond was set at $20,000 and she was assigned a court date of June 8.

- Osbaldo Garcia, 21, of the 2400 block of W Dudale Road, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested May 31 at Northern Avenue and Blanchard Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and Garcia was assigned a court date of July 21.
- Robert E. Allen, 58, of the 38000 block of Wilson Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested June 2 in the 10500 block of W Talmadge Avenue, Beach Park. His bond was set at $35,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 21.
- Phayvanh J. Kaneko, 25, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested June 2 at I-94 and Route 137, Green Oaks. Bond was set at $3,000 and Kaneko was assigned a court date of July 7.
- Daniel B. Harrison, 24, of the 1600 block of Cabot Lane, Glenview, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested June 3 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. His bond was set at $5,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 11.
- Jeynny Gutierrez, 21, of the 2400 block of Gideon Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (72 mph in a 35 mph zone) and was arrested June 3 at 21st Street and Lewis Avenue, Zion. Bond was set at $3,000 and Gutierrez was assigned a court date of July 28.
SPEEDING
- Antonio E. Torres, 25, of the 400 block of Keller Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated speeding (83 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested June 1 at Route 45 and Rollins Road, Unincorporated Gurnee. His bond was set at $1,500.
- Jeffrey A. Groomes, 42, of the 3900 block of Blackstone Avenue, Gurnee, is accused of aggravated speeding (75 mph in a 40 mph zone), and was arrested June 5 at Delany and Wadsworth roads, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.
- Quinton L. Brown, 26, of the 1900 block of W Greenwood Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of aggravated speeding (91 mph in a 35 mph zone), no driver's license, no insurance, and was arrested June 6 at Lewis Avenue and Eagle Ridge Drive, Waukegan. Bond was set at $2,000.
CRIMINAL SEXUAL ASSAULT
Ismael A. Castrejon, 20, of the 38000 block of N Coolidge Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant for criminal sexual assault, and was arrested June 3 in Beach Park. His bond was set at $300,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 10.
BATTERY
- Alfredo Alarcon, 28, of the 2700 block of Elim Avenue, Zion, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated battery, and was arrested June 3 in Zion. His bond was set at $150,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 18.
- Christopher Turner, 42, of the 36900 block of Bernice Avenue, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of battery, assault, and was arrested June 6 in the 25300 block of W Route 173, Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of June 28.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY
Misael Robles-Cruz, 22, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested June 4 at the Lake County Jail. Being held on other charges, Robles-Cruz was assigned a court date of June 15.
