Sexually Violent Predator Fails To Report Address Change: Blotter

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

BATTERY

• Nataiyah E. Hill, 19, of the 18500 block of W Gages Lake Road, Unincorporated Grayslake, is accused of battery, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested June 14 in Unincorporated Grayslake. Bond was set at $1,500 and Hill was assigned a court date of July 20.
• Stephon D. Currie, 20, of the 1400 block of 12th Street, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for aggravated battery, and was arrested June 15 in Racine, Wisconsin. His bond was set at $30,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 29.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

• Christina E. Sutter, 36, of the 26000 block of Montrose Road, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested June 14 in Unincorporated Antioch. Her bond was set at $1,500 and she was assigned a court date of July 26.
• Timothy A. Bridgemann, 38, of the 1400 block of Meadowbrook Lane, Round Lake Beach, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested June 18 in the 27800 block of W Grass Lake Road, Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of July 19.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED

John T. Hilliard, 25, of the 38900 block of Lakewood Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested June 15 at Petite Lake and Fairfield roads, Lake Villa. Bond was set at $2,000.

UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON

Geremias Feliciano, 24, of the 1500 block of Garden Place, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for unlawful use of a weapon, and was arrested June 16 at Route 173 and 21st Street, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $20,000 and Feliciano was assigned a court date of June 22.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Daissy Onofre, 33, of the 38500 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence of drugs, and was arrested June 16 in Beach Park. Her bond was set at $20,000 and she was assigned a court date of July 20.
• Anthony C. Marra, 46, of the 600 block of Crystal Springs Court, Fox Lake, is accused of having a warrant out of McHenry Court for driving under the influence, and was arrested June 17 at Routes 17 and 120, Unincorporated Gurnee. He was issued a new court date of July 12 in McHenry Road.
• Nicole Malanowski, 28, of the 25400 block of W Golfview Avenue, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested June 18 at Grass Lake Road and Drexel Boulevard, Unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Miguel Montes De Oca Sales, 46, of the 500 block of May Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested June 18 at Lewis Avenue and Russell Road, Unincorporated Zion.
• Xzavier A. Johnson, 24, of the 1200 block of Ridgewood Lane, Lake Villa, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested June 18 at Sheridan Road and Traditions Drive, Waukegan. Bond was set at $3,000 and Johnson was assigned a court date of Aug. 4.
• Miguel A. Velz-Cruz, 33, of the 2600 block of Woodview Court, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, no insurance, and was arrested June 19 at Sheridan and Blanchard roads, Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 14.

FAILURE OF SEXUALLY VIOLENT PREDATOR TO REPORT CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Brian M. Hitztaler, 50, no permanent address, is accused of failure of sexually violent predator to report change of address, and was arrested June 16 in the 39900 block of N State Park Road, Unincorporated Spring Grove. His bond was set at $50,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 22.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Sarah H. Reeser, 46, of the 0-100 block of W Woodstock Street, Crystal Lake, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested June 17 in the 0-100 block of N County Street, Waukegan. Her bond was set at $1,500 and she was assigned a court date of July 7.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

William A. Scott, 28, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of aggravated speeding (91 mph in a 55 mph zone), and was arrested June 19 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.
