Violation Of Stalking Order Leads To Arrest: Blotter

ARRESTS

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Ashley E. Torres, 37, no permanent address, is accused of having a warrant for possession of a controlled substance out of McHenry County, and was arrested June 7 at Newberry and Piper lanes, Unincorporated Lake Villa. Her bond was set at $10,000 and a future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

• Thomas M. Johnson, 55, of the 34700 block of Mudjekeewis Terrace, McHenry, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested June 7 in the 26400 block of Wooster Lake Drive, Ingleside. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of July 19.
• Pablo Castaneda, 48, of the 24300 block of W Beach Grove Road, Unincorporated Antioch, is accused of criminal damage to property, criminal trespass to vehicle, and was arrested June 12 in Unincorporated Antioch. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of June 28.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Brannon Williams, 43, of the 2600 block of Sycamore Drive, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked, aggravated speeding (72 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested June 7 at Lewis Avenue and Wadsworth Road, Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Aug. 4.
• John T. Hilliard, 25, of the 400 block of Northgate Road, Lindenhurst, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested June 8 at Rute 173 and Parkview Drive, Antioch. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 14.
• Arturo Ibarra-Garcia, 30, of the 200 block of N Elmwood Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence, and was arrested June 9 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. His bond was set at $35,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 17.
• Andrew L. Wilson, 32, of the 26660 block of W Elmwood Avenue, Ingleside, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested June 9 in Ingleside. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 21.
• Elisha Stevens-Jolly, 25, of the 6500 block of Blaine Place, Spring Grove, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (90 mph in a 45 mph zone), and was arrested June 9 at Nippersink Road and High Point Road, Round Lake. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of July 21.
• Reynaldo M. Magana, 57, of the 2100 block of Ezra Avenue, Zion, is accused of driving under the influence, no insurance, and was arrested June 13 at 21st Street and Kilbourne Road, Wadsworth. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 28.

AGGRAVATED SPEEDING

Eduardo Carrasco-Alvardo, 27, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is accused of aggravated speeding (95 mph in a 50 mph zone), driving while license suspended, no insurance, and was arrested June 7 at Route 41 and Wadsworth Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $2,000.

NO DRIVER'S LICENSE

Aziz Zulfqar, 55, of the 1000 block of S Mason Avenue, Chicago, is accused of no driver's license, failure to yield lane to emergency vehicle (Scott's Law), and was arrested June 7 at Route 41 and Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, North Chicago. Bond was set at $1,500.

VIOLATION OF A NO STALKING ORDER

Michael R. Gonsowski, 62, of the 38100 block of N 3rd Avenue, Unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of violation of a no stalking/no contact order, and was arrested June 8 in Unincorporated Spring Grove. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 8.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED/SUSPENDED

• Diovion L. Crompton, 22, of the 100 block of Mariposa Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of driving while license revoked, no insurance, and was arrested June 8 at N Geraghty and Chaney avenues, Beach Park. Bond was set at $2,000.
• John B. Eskew, 33, of the 38500 block of N Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of driving while license revoked, having a warrant for battery, and was arrested June 8 in Beach Park. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 17.
• Damien C. Wess, 21, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested June 10 at Route 41 and Hanssen Road, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500.

ASSAULT

Kurt L. Stier, 50, of the 20400 block of N Rand Road, Unincorporated Palatine, is accused of assault, and was arrested June 9 in Unincorporated Palatine. His bond was set at $20,000 and he was assigned a court date of June 24.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

James C. Can Hecke, 26, of the 4200 block of John St., Richmond, is accused of disorderly conduct (misuse of 911), obstructing a peace officer, and was arrested June 9 at Nippersink and High Point roads, Round Lake. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of July 21.

OPERATING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Henry Sanchez, 41, of the 300 block of Alma Terrace, Cary, is accused of operating under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested June 11 at Grass Lake His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of July 14.

BATTERY

Chris A. Stewart, 53, of the 37700 block of N Watts Avenue, Unincorporated Spring Grove, is accused of battery, and was arrested June 12 in Unincorporated Spring Grove. Bond was set at $1,500 with the next court date to be determined at the time of the report.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO MOTOR VEHICLE

Lawrence X. Palmer, 38, of the 41500 block of N Route 41, Wadsworth, is accused of criminal trespass to a motor vehicle, driving while license revoked, and was arrested June 12 in Wadsworth. Bond was set at $1,500 with the next court date to be determined at the time of the report.
