Des Plaines Men Arrested for Mob Action

Mob action charges have been filed against two Des Plaines men and two minors, the Daily Herald reports.

Luis E. Gomez-Garcia, 20, of Magnolia Street, and Enrique Gonzalez, 19, of Illinois Street, along with two teenage boys were arrested on March 20. Police say they saw a man driving through their neighborhood when they tried to barge into his vehicle to beat him up, the newspaper reports. The group was unsuccessful at entering the vehicle, and the four were later arrested by Des Plaines police.
