Des Plaines Police Officers Promoted
The officers were promoted at a recent City Council meeting.
Three members of the Des Plaines Police Department were promoted on Monday at the City Council meeting, according to the City of Des Plaines website.
Detective Sergeant Christopher Mierzwa was promoted Commander of Patrol Operations, Police Officer Oscar Szerbinski was promoted to Sergeant, and Police Officer John Hutson was promoted to Sergeant.
