New Management, New Name for Former Black Ram Restaurant

The new restaurant will not be a steakhouse, the Daily Herald reports.

The former Black Ram Steakhouse of Des Plaines is scheduled to re-open this summer under a new name and new management, the Daily Herald reports.

The Oakton Street eatery closed in 2009 after the owner failed to pay property taxes. New owner George Urdov plans to open the restaurant again in August. The new name has not been revealed, but Udrov tells the Daily Herald it will not be a steakhouse.
