West Dundee's Craft Donuts Opening Elgin, Des Plaines Café Spots
This summer, the shop's new café spots will open inside Des Plaines Metra train station and Gail Borden Public Library in downtown Elgin.
DES PLAINES, IL — Owners of downtown West Dundee's Craft Donuts & Coffee announced Tuesday two new café locations coming this summer. According to the shop's Facebook page and website, a new location is coming to the Des Plaines Metra train station downtown at 1501 Miner Street early this summer, and another new location will open inside Gail Borden Public Library at 270 North Grove Avenue in downtown Elgin in late summer. The library location will feature extended hours, and additional lunch and snack menu items for library patrons visiting later in the day, the announcements state.
Both new locations will feature donuts/scratch-made items from the West Dundee bakery, and a full coffee and espresso bar. to provide options for library patrons visiting later in the day.
Applications for positions at the new Des Plaines location are now being accepted, and can be found on the Craft Donuts & Coffee website's Careers page.
