Maple&Main Apartments to Offer Pool Deck and Pet Spa in Downers Grove

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Developers have just broken ground on a luxury apartment complex in downtown Downers Grove. The complex, which will be called Maple&Main will be a mix of residential and retail spaces occupying a multi-story structure that will feature a host of high-end amenities for residents, according to Rebusiness Online.

Maple&Main is set to open on nearly an acre of space as soon as spring of 2018. Residents will have access to a resort-style pool deck, an outdoor kitchen space, a sky deck and a heated indoor garage, among other amenities. Furry friends can also get pampered at the on-site pet spa. The suites at Maple&Main will be outfitted with eco-friendly utilities, including water-efficient plumbing fixtures and Energy Saver refrigerators and dishwashers, a press release stated.

The space will have 115 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units in addition to 4,000 sq ft of retail space. The project, designed by ESG Architects, is helmed by High Street Residential and the contracting company Carlson Construction.
