11-Year-Old Evanston Boy Found After Being Reported Missing
Police said he likely left to go to a friend's house.
EVANSTON, IL — Police sought the public's help finding an Evanston boy reported missing Wednesday.
The 11-year-old boy left his home in the 2100 block of Darrow Avenue at 7:15 a.m., Evanston police said on social media. He was described as about 4 feet, 6 inches and 100 pounds and Black with a light complexion.
Police said the boy is likely wearing a black Chicago Bulls jacket with white sleeves.

"The investigation indicates he likely left to go to an unknown friend’s home," police said.
Anyone with information about the boy's location was asked to contact the Evanston Police Department at 847-866-5000.
