8-Story Office Building on Church Street to Hit the Market
Evanston office building is home to Accuity, Northwestern, NorthShore and others.
Evanston, IL - The eight-story office building that is a home to prominent tenants like Accuity, Northwestern University and NorthShore University HealthSystem could fetch nearly $30 million once it’s officially for sale.
The building at 1007 Church St. is owned by the Farbman Group and Lubert-Adler Partners, who hired the Chicago office of HFF to seek the sale of the building, Crain’s Chicago reports.
The $29 million projected sale price is more than its pre-recession pre-cash value in 2007.
