The Academy at St. Joan of Arc is an independent Catholic elementary school for children of all faiths. Opened in August of 2019, ASJS is completing our inaguaral year as we graduate
our first class. One of our 8th graders summarizes his experience this
year, "The Academy is a great place with an even better community. What the Academy reminds me of is a Phoenix. I think of it like this, because it was reborn from an old school and all the students and staff at the Academy have the fiery passion to learning and teaching. I'll never forget how the Academy has prepared me in my 8th grade year for highschool. "
At The Academy, we believe in the importance of fostering the love of learning in each child. Our robust educational program promotes the intellectual, social and physical development of our students. We engage our students in unique problem-based lessons that enhance critical thinking skills and develop a passion for being active participants in their learning. We tailor instruction to meet the needs of the individual child and focus on challenging each student to reach their full potential while preparing them to succeed in a rigorous secondary education program.
We are committed to cultivating a love and appreciation for learning and encourage excellence in all they do.
