Church Street Office Building Sells for $30 Million

EVANSTON, IL - An office building on Church Street in Evanston recently sold for $30 million, according to a Crain’s Chicago report.

The sale price is more than triple the amount that the venture of Farbman Group and Lubert-Adler Partners paid for it in 2014. Once complete, the building at 1007 Church Street will be in the hands of FD Stonewater, a real estate investor.

The 155,652 square foot building was designed by world-renowned architect Helmut Jahn.
